My name is Rouba Ayoub from Kfarmechki, Rachaya. I worked as a chef for the past 13 years until I decided to open my own business serving healthy and quality food. The project started with the vegan line and evolved gradually. I then enrolled in a training session hosted by USAID where I studied marketing and accounting, and consequently presented a feasibility study. USAID granted me two stainless steel tables and an air over. The work process is now completed in half an hour compared to 3 hours using the old equipment. I encourage everyone, women in particular, to chase their dreams. Go for it. You can do it!
Rajaa Fawzi Mehdi
My name is Rajaa Fawzi Mehdi from Kossaybeh, South Lebanon. I specialize in producing food provisions. I participated in many exhibitions and displayed my homemade food products and talked about their natural ingredients. My products are sold at a convenient price. I took part in a training workshop delivered by the Entrepreneurial Development Foundation (EDF) and funded by USAID where I learned about conducting a market study and identifying target markets and so on. I received many calls and requests about my products after I began posting them on Social Media. USAID granted me a refrigerator to conserve fruits and an oven for fruit drying
